SHIPPING & RETURNS

Charges

Shipping charges will be added to your invoice. These charges are based on packaging, shipping weight (product weight & dimension weight), destination address and method of shipment. Due to inherent variances in order size and carrier fees we are not able to publish shipping rates.

Delivery time

Items that are in stock typically ship within 24 hours. Transit time will vary by destination and transportation method. UPS Ground normally takes 3-5 business days.

Return Policy

Notify The Bottle Depot within 30 days of receiving any product to request a return.

Products must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving return authorization.

Only full case quantities of products are eligible for return; partial cases are not accepted.

Returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All returned items must be in unused, original condition and suitable for resale.

We do not accept returns on Labels or Boxes With Partitions. All sales of these items are final.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, a credit will be issued, minus the 20% restocking fee.

All orders are shipped FOB Dallas, TX. This means ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer once the shipment leaves our facility.

We strongly recommend selecting the shipping insurance offered at checkout to protect your order against loss or damage in transit.

The Bottle Depot is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages if insurance is declined at checkout. Claims for damaged or missing items must be submitted directly to the carrier if insurance was not purchased.
