    How long does artwork approval take?

    Artwork is reviewed within 24 hours. You’ll be notified if adjustments are required.

    What is the production & delivery time?

    7–14 business days after artwork approval.

    Can I checkout without uploading artwork?

    Yes. You may skip this step and email your artwork later.

    Do you offer design services?

    We do not offer creative graphic design.
    We only provide technical file adjustments to adapt your artwork for printing.

    Are returns or exchanges accepted?

    No. Custom printed products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

    Is UV printing durable on glass bottles?

    Yes. UV printing is durable and suitable for cosmetic and liquid products.
